Fairly clean and modern place

Very impressed with the nice view from our triple room. Very clean bed and very friendly and helpful staff. Location - magnificent, close to a concrete "sand lookalike " beach as well as sea side. Also, near the airport.

Great spot to explore around with friendly staff. However, during a discussion about the bill, the manager, who otherwise spoke fluent English, seemed to have a bit of a brain freeze and forgot how to use the language 🤷♂️.

The shuttle bus didn't meet us, although we wrote earlier when we arrived, we were told that the shuttle would be at 19, but it was gone we had to wait and then take a taxi.

The rooms here are newly renovated and spacious, equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and soft bath towels. 🛁 the breakfast spread is diverse, offering a wide selection of dishes to satisfy different tastes.

Very helpful Reception Desk. Good food. Useful Airport Transfer Euro10.and convenient for Bari Airport. Convenient for visiting Barletta , Trani and Bari.The bus stops outside the hotel and is cheap.
Out of season (May!!) the beach is abandoned however the swimming pool and tennis courts were open.

The food in the restaurant is excellent and plentiful.
The Booked.net website says the hotel provides a shuttle service. It does but it charges 10 euros per person each way to and from the airport. It also is supposed to provide air conditioning, It did not when we were there ( May). The service in the restaurant is awrful. The waiter brought the wrong food. When asked for an extra fork, he did not bring one. When asked for lemon he did not bring any. There was no shuttle service in the morning. We asked for a cab. It came 1/2 hour late. The desk clerk said there was an accident. We saw no accident.

The breakfast was extensive with varied dishes, with amazing food. Particularly good remote location just off both Bari and Giovinazzo, and the restaurant.

This great hotel is an oasis in the midst of the city. Wonderful beach and pool with great facilities. Excellent food in the dining room as well. Very close to the Bari Palesse Airport which is why we chose it initially. After being there, I would now like to make this a destination stop for further vacations. Great value and conveniently located.

The gardens & surrounds were very pleasant. Beach area was nicely set up on rocky area a short stroll from the main hotel area. Restaurants were in the same area near the sea. Most staff had a pompous & superior attitude.
Generally disappointing & spoilt for me by the attitude of most staff, especially reception. They need to learn to smile and be pleasant to their guests

We stayed in hotel for one week and we enjoyed it.Comforable hotel, very big with very nice territiry. For the rest you can find a lot of places in the garden.Excelent beach services, good location.
No shops (2-4 km) around the hotel.
